The C2SZ 10764-A tray is what would show up in the '60-'64 "Blue Bible" on page 662. This was merged with C1AB 10764-B according to the OSI catalog from June 1961 on pg 142 both were replaced by C2SZ 10764-A according to the Obsolete-Supersede-Interchange (OSI) catalog from July 1967 on pg 125. Basic # 10764 Tray-Battery shows C1AB 10764-A in the '61 Ford Car Parts & Accessories Catalog of Jan 1961 on pg 286 used on both full-size Fords and T-birds. Since we're going down the rabbit hole, parts books show only one battery tray for '61-'63, regardless of battery size. ![]() ![]() The original tray should fit all batteries used '61-'64 (see below). You may be better off getting a new tray that's correct for the car to fit the Group 27 vs reusing an incorrect one that's smaller.
